Iced Tea Brewing: To make a 1 liter/quart, place 12 teaspoons of natural tisane tea into a teapot or heat-resistant pitcher. Pour 1¼ cups boiled water over the tea. In the meantime, while tea is steeping for 5 minutes, fill a serving pitcher a quarter full. While straining the leaves, pour the natural tisane tea into your pitcher. Add ice and top with cold water. A note to remember when making iced tea is to double the strength of hot tea, since it will be poured over ice and diluted with cold water.
